A technical role in an innovative company, focusing on research and development of new web based technologies. My personal interests include programming languages and database but in no way are they limited to these areas. While a company with an open source-friendly environment is preferable, those with interesting and challenging proprietary solutions are also welcomed.

Project Management, PHP, Ruby on Rails

Manages internal team, engages with clients. Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms (especially web application frameworks and the deployment stack) for delivering the client's needs.

I was responsible for analysis, design, and development of web based database-driven applications; research and implementation of new technologies; orientation, mentoring, and supervision of the development team.

The highlight of the projects I was involved in is

• Academic Information System for Aeronautics and Astronautics Engineering Department in Bandung Institute of Technology utilizing PHP and MySQL.
  

• Intranet and internet goverment portal for PEMKAB Kuningan. Custom development based on Drupal

• Web based Network Monitoring Application for PUSTEKA Departemen Komunikasi dan Informasi Indonesia.

In this position, I lead a team to develop and maintain the technology base behind the company's products, as well as researched new and emerging technologies for internal and external projects.

During this time, I was involved in TELKOM Long Distance Division, Production Tool Management System extended development, utilizing ColdFusion MX and Oracle 9i.

Technologies: PHP, MySQL, ColdFusion MX, Oracle.

I was responsible for analysis, design, and development of online database-driven applications; research and implementation of new technologies; orientation, mentoring, and supervision of other programmers.

The highlight of the projects I was involved in is BANK NTT's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), a system that lets you keep track of all your employees and information about them. HRIS include reporting capabilities. HRIS track applicants before they become employees. A Payroll module is included and interfaced to other financial systems. HRIS has reduced BANK NTT's HR costs and produced government-required reports more quickly.

Throughout this time I also designed and implemented various internal web development API utiliizing PHP and AdoDB Database Abstraction Library

The scope of my responsibilities centered around Java programming teaching. This included curriculum for basic Java, JDBC, JSP, Servlet programming.
